Use ICSKit’s batch event creator to add the event details, include as many events as needed, export the schedule as an `.ics` file and share or save it.
Create a calendar file on iPhone
- Open the batch event creator.
Start a new group of calendar events in ICSKit.
- Add the first event.
Enter its title, date, start and end time, plus any useful location or notes.
- Add the rest of the schedule.
Repeat for every class, fixture, shift or session you want in the file.
- Review the list.
Check for missing titles, wrong dates and time-zone differences.
- Export the ICS file.
Save it to Files or share it through an app of your choice.
What should each event include?
Use a clear title and accurate start and end values. Add a location only when it will help the recipient. Notes can contain joining instructions or context, but avoid sensitive information because the file may be forwarded.
If events repeat, confirm whether you want separate entries or a recurrence rule. A recipient’s calendar app may display complicated recurrence rules differently, so test the exported file before sending it to a large group.
Good uses for a multi-event ICS file
Class timetables, employee shifts, tournament fixtures, conference agendas, launch plans and travel itineraries all benefit from a single importable schedule.
Test before you share
Save a copy of the exported file and import it into a temporary calendar. Check the date range and several event details. If the file is not right, edit it and export again before sending the final version.
