Save the multi-event `.ics` file to Files, select it in ICSKit, review the date range and destination calendar, then add the full batch.
How to bulk import ICS events on iPhone
- Save the complete ICS file.
Do not split it into individual invitations unless the source requires that.
- Open the file in ICSKit.
Choose it from Downloads, iCloud Drive or On My iPhone.
- Review the event list.
Check that the expected number and range of dates are present.
- Select a destination calendar.
For a large schedule, a dedicated calendar gives you more control.
- Add the batch.
Complete the import and spot-check several events in Apple Calendar.
Check the schedule before importing
Look at the earliest and latest dates, repeated events and time zones. A sports schedule created overseas or a remote conference schedule can shift if the file’s time-zone data is wrong. Also check all-day events: they should not unexpectedly span two dates.
For very large files, keep the original in Files. If you need to repair or compare anything later, that untouched copy is your reference.
Why a separate calendar helps
Create a calendar such as “Course schedule” or “2026 fixtures” before the import. You can then hide the whole set, change its color or remove it without affecting personal events. This is much safer than mixing a large external schedule into your main calendar immediately.
One file. Every event.
ICSKit imports ICS files and can also create and export files containing multiple events.

Will later schedule changes sync?
Not from a static import. Imported events are a snapshot. If you need continuing updates and the provider offers a calendar URL, use a subscription instead.
What if I imported twice?
If you used a dedicated calendar, remove the duplicate calendar or events and retry once. Otherwise search by a distinctive title and date range before deleting anything.
