In Outlook on the web, choose Add calendar → Upload from file, select the `.ics` file and target calendar, then confirm the import.

- Open Outlook Calendar.
Sign in through a desktop browser.
- Choose Add calendar.
Select Upload from file from the available options.
- Select the file and calendar.
Choose the `.ics` file and where the events should be stored.
- Import and review.
Check several events after the upload finishes.
Import ICS in Outlook desktop
Use File → Open & Export → Import/Export, then select the iCalendar (`.ics`) option. The wording can vary by Outlook version, so confirm the target calendar before importing a large schedule.
Import to an Outlook calendar on iPhone
If your Outlook account is connected to the iOS Calendar system, save the ICS file to Files, open it in ICSKit, choose the Outlook calendar and add the events. This avoids needing the desktop upload screen.
