Download the `.ics` file, open the import option for your calendar, choose the destination calendar, review the events and confirm. On iPhone, save the file to Files and open it with ICSKit.
Import an ICS file on iPhone or iPad
- Save the file to Files.
Use Downloads, iCloud Drive or On My iPhone.
- Open ICSKit.
Select the saved `.ics` file from the system file picker.
- Review and add.
Check dates and times, choose the destination calendar and add the events.
Import into Google Calendar
On a desktop browser, open Google Calendar, go to Settings, choose Import & export, select the ICS file and destination calendar, then import. On iPhone, you can add the events to a Google calendar connected to iOS by choosing that calendar during the ICSKit import.
Import into Outlook
In Outlook on the web, choose Add calendar and Upload from file. In Outlook desktop, use the Import/Export option and choose the iCalendar format. On iPhone, import to an Outlook calendar already connected to the iOS Calendar system.
Import into Apple Calendar on Mac
Open Calendar, choose File and Import, select the `.ics` file, then choose the destination calendar. For iPhone and iPad, use the file workflow above.
